Comprehensive Vision and Eye Care Analysis

There is a difference in eye exams. Of course, the professionals at Eagle Eye Optique do the refraction, where we determine your prescription. We also spend time checking how your general health may be affecting your eyes such as diabetes, high blood pressure, thyroid disease, and stroke. We test for:
  • Glaucoma and cataracts
  • Eye muscle problems
  • Eye neurology problems
  • Visual field defects
  • Depth perception
  • Color vision
We listen to how you use your eyes and match lenses to your needs and wants. If we recommend a new prescription, it is because it will make a real difference in your vision. We frequently report to our patients that only minor or borderline change has occurred.
Contact Lens

Contact Lens Fitting Services

Whether you are a first-time contact lens wearer or a veteran of many years, we tailor our services to fit your needs. We offer a no-obligation trial period for most types of contacts so you can experience contacts firsthand with no risk.

We work with many different types of lenses and consistently get excellent results. We use a corneal topographer to map the curvature of your cornea so we can more accurately determine how to fit your eyes.
Eye Care

Urgent Eye Care

We treat red eye (conjunctivitis), whether bacteria, virus, allergy, or chemical sensitivity causes it. We treat corneal abrasions and remove minor foreign bodies. We check out if those flashes and floaters are normal, or if they are a sign of a very serious retinal detachment. After-hours care is usually available.
Low-Vision Evaluation

Low-Vision Evaluation

When normal glasses or contacts do not provide enough vision, usually due to disease or degeneration, low-vision aids are an option.

These include magnifiers, telescopes, and electronics. Our optometrist can help you with simple or sophisticated aids.

Comanagement

We do not do surgery in this practice. However, we work closely with very skilled eye surgeons for pre- and postoperative care of routine cataract surgery or LASIK treatment. Take advantage of the Optomap testing. Your ongoing process is reported to the surgeon.
